At the port there is a small town with narrow streets lined with white houses with restaurants, cafes and nightclubs as well as the department store El Corte Inglés.
There are also shops like Dior, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana and Versace
If you have a stuffed wallet or if you want to window shop expensive clothes you should go to Puerto Banus where you will find famous luxury brands such as Armani, Gucci and Luis Vitton side by side with independent boutiques all selling clothes and shoes at high prices.
Marbella old town – Casco Antiguo
The shopping in the old town consists of small shops selling jewelry, toys, clothes, shoes, furnishings and much more. Here you can spend hours to stroll around and buy things you did not think you needed. If you are looking for something a little more unique is definitely the place to be. No brand stores as far as the eye can see.
Avenida Ricardo Soriano – Marbella
Avenida Ricardo Soriano is the main street in Marbella and offers a lot of shopping. Here are some well known shops like Zara, Mango, The Body Shop, etc. The stores are scattered along the street and there are some fun shops also along parallel streets. It is also close to Plaza de los Naranjos, which also has many shops and restaurants
If you are looking to shop in one of the larger chain stores you should instead go to the shopping center La Cañada which is located at the highway above Marbella. There you can find almost all the major brands including H & M and Marks & Spencer. La Cañada is a large shopping center at the bus station in Marbella, and has about 150 stores.
Marbella – Las Albarizas
In contrast to luxury brands, it is also an experience to visit the Monday market at Las Albarizas where over 360 dealers each Monday selling everything between heaven and earth. The market is divided into some selling flowers, vegetables and fruit, and the other where virtually everything else is sold. Even if you do not buy anything, it’s an experience in itself to see ladies who fill their shopping carts to the brim while sellers shouts out their specials.
Zoco del sol – Puerto Banus
Zoco del Sol is an outdoor market in Plaza Antonio Banderas in Puerto Banus between the port and the Corte Ingles shopping center. There are 25 stalls selling unique objects of art, ceramics, vintage clothing, handmade jewelry, glass and perfume. A parking lot is available under the central square and from there it is only a short walk to the market.
